We lived in a townhome that shared a wall with another unit that had a massive fire. There was no fire damage on my side but water from the fire hose seeped over and the smell was AWFUL! Dennis brought over a massive air cleaner right away to clean the air, and also remedied the water so we never had to move out. We were able to stay put comfortably the whole time!

Kelley Klean cleaned our carpets and did a great job! It had been a couple of years since the carpets had been cleaned. Dennis and his team did an excellent job taking down my garage and clearing my house after a fire destroyed it and damaged the entire building. He helped us get a person to check the mold before and after the work was done. His crew worked with my tenants so they could still live in the apartment while they worked. This company is amazing, I would highly recommend them! They came in and cleaned up an attic of bat poo, for us and did an amazing job, completely sanitized and health and safety approved! They were amazing at meeting our very short timetable, two weeks' notice, and they were super friendly! Kelly Klean was also very reasonably priced, I got a quote from another company (Servpro) and since I guess they thought we were a big business we had lots of money and their quote was over double for the same service. I was so happy with their service I have also asked them to come back to clean our duct work out of mold and just dirt from several years of no attention! Plus the quote was FREE!!

Dennis and his team were VERY responsive. And the price for the remediation was very reasonable. I was especially appreciative of the follow-up a week later. During the February freeze, our sprinkler system pipes froze, spewing water all over several areas. Kelley Klean carefully evaluated the carpet to see if it could be restored or should be replaced. They then carefully removed baseboards to check for water damage and all sheetrock. After removing the water, they used commercial fans and dehumidifiers, moving them throughout the space as needed. Finally, they submitted an insurance approved invoice that carefully listed all services. We appreciate their professionalism and dedication to quality customer service! Very highly recommend!
